Allied's interactive web site requires a valid user login and password. If you do not have a valid web site user account, you cannot access the system. If you have a valid web site account, and you are having trouble logging into the system or changing your password, check the list below to make sure you are entering the correct information and using a compatible web browser.

  • Your account number is a 9 digit number. You should have received an account notification letter by regular mail or e-mail indicating your account number. Be sure to enter your account number exactly as it shown in the letter.
  • For security reasons, you will need to change your password at your first logon. Be sure to remember this password, and do not give it to anyone.
  • In order to use Allied's interactive web site, you must use either Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0 or higher. To download a compatible browser for your operating system, go to our file download page.
