BPO Financial Specialist
The BPO Financial Specialist is responsible for most financial and accounting related functions for a specific group of Allied clients. Major responsibilities include claim funding, accounting, auditing, and treasury management tasks through the use of multiple systems. Minor responsibilities include accounts payable (specifically assist with commissions and vendor payments as needed) and accounts receivable tasks. Applicants should possess strong technical skills in order to navigate and manage different systems as well as strong problem-solving skills. The position requires daily interaction with internal team members and occasional communication with external clients.
BPO Claims Administration Specialist
Provide claim and service related support to the Account Management and Claim Operation teams for one of the BPO blocks of business. The Claim Administrative Specialist will own facilitating the execution of claim pre-existing or misrepresentation investigations as well as a variety of multiple claim support functions and processes.
BPO Agent Services Assistant Manager
The BPO Agent Services Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all processes and functions surrounding agent services such as agent licensing coordination with client and vendor partners, agent commission payment processes - set-up, processing, auditing, and issue of payment, financial accounting and reconciliation, reporting, and customer service inquiries. The Assistant Manager is required to take a lead role in collaborating with other departments to ensure issues are corrected timely and accurately. This position communicates with both external partners, clients, and agents via phone and email daily. Strong communication skills are imperative.
BPO Financial Reconciliation & Audit Manager
The BPO Financial Reconciliation and Audit Manager is responsible for all reconciliation, audit, and quality assurance processes for the BPO Financial Operations Unit, consisting of BPO Finance and BPO Billing. This position will specifically be responsible for managing the banking reconciliation process for premium depository, vendor payment, and claim payment accounts. Additional major responsibilities include conducting periodic audits of BPO financial processes such as invoicing, cash posting, AP & AR, as well as communicating the results of these audits and following up on audit results. The ideal candidate has a proven self-starter mentality within a complex accounting or finance environment.
Virtual Insurance Claims Adjuster
If you have over 5 years experience processing medical claims, this opportunity is for you! Working from home, we are looking for experienced, detail-oriented processors looking to move to a great company and work with a great team.
Assist the Management Team with the monitoring and management of the daily work and other functions within the Claim Department as well as training for new and existing claim department staff. The Call Center Training Support role supports all Training & Quality tasks in the Customer Service Dept. such as regular quality reviews, New Hire and cross-training initiatives, management of training resources, continued education, and support to team member inquiries.
Call Center Training & Quality Manager
The Call Center Training & Quality Manager position is responsible for all quality assurance and training related processes that occur within the Customer Service Department. The position supervises the Training and Quality staff members including the Call Center Training & Quality Supervisor, the ASO and BPO Call Center Training & Quality Specialists, and the ASO and BPO Call Center Training Support roles.
Rx Agent Advocate
The RX Agent Advocate is responsible for offering support to customers, internal and external partners related to Pharmacy benefit administration. The Advocate manages all processes and functions surrounding Pharmacy form processing and reviews, escalated call management, and tracking and trending of any pharmacy service-related matter.
Stop Loss Specialist
The Stop Loss Specialist is responsible for preparing and filing medical stop loss claims for reimbursement with stop loss carriers. Additional duties include following up with the various carriers to ensure reimbursements are received timely and in full. Further responsibilities include the appeals of denied and reduced claim reimbursements, along with retaining the appropriate documentation needed to support the reimbursement request.
