Account Manager

Responsible for overall client satisfaction, this position provides highly personalized client and member experience dedicated to educating employer contacts and brokers on coverage as well as the tools and resources available to them. Handles any escalated member issues and ensure communication amongst all team members. BPO Financial Specialist

The BPO Financial Specialist is responsible for most financial and accounting related functions for a specific group of Allied clients. Major responsibilities include claim funding, accounting, auditing, and treasury management tasks through the use of multiple systems. Minor responsibilities include accounts payable (specifically assist with commissions and vendor payments as needed) and accounts receivable tasks. Applicants should possess strong technical skills in order to navigate and manage different systems as well as strong problem-solving skills. The position requires daily interaction with internal team members and occasional communication with external clients.

Provide claim and service related support to the Account Management and Claim Operation teams for one of the BPO blocks of business. The BPO Financial Reconciliation and Audit Manager is responsible for all reconciliation, audit, and quality assurance processes for the BPO Financial Operations Unit, consisting of BPO Finance and BPO Billing.
