Acts as the main point of contact with Sales Representatives, Agents and Employer Groups to provide oversight to the plan administration. Handles any escalated member issues and ensure communication amongst all team members.
Candidates should have a college degree, possess superior interpersonal skills and be familiar with group health insurance. Strong Microsoft skills necessary.
Enhanced Case Management Specialist
The Enhanced Case Management Specialist position will have a full understanding of the Enhanced Case sanagement (ECM) suite of strategies and supports the Enhanced Care Advocate and ECM team. The Specialist will primarily focus on vendor, carrier, and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and member communication.
The Claims Specialist will use independent judgment and discretion to review, analyze, and make determinations regarding payment, partial payment, or denial of medical, vision, and dental claims, based upon specific knowledge and application of the client's customized plan. They will assist with specific tasks as needed and assigned by the Management Team and support of the Virtual Insurance Claim Team.
Quality Assurance Analyst
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for establishing auditing and reconciliation processes and procedures while identifying areas for improvement. This role will write and revise quality assurance documentation and maintain training initiatives with both internal staff and external vendors; facilitate projects with Data Reconciliation Specialist, and management team.
Project Manager, Finance
This position is responsible for the ongoing project management and support of all projects within the Financial Operations team. The Project Manager will work directly with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure expectations and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate for this role is a true self-starter that will drive projects through to completion. This position will not be directly involved in the day to day operations of the Finance Teams, but rather will be working collaboratively with these departments to drive improvements and complete projects
